Join us and make a difference

At Inceptive, we know that knowledge is power. That’s why we are dedicated to working with the most knowledgeable and elite family lifestyle and health experts to help us pass along the tools working parents need to minimize stress and maximize happiness at work and in their home.

How does Inceptive work

Inceptive’s program is offered as a benefits by employers to their parent-employees and their teams. We work with employers to host onsite and virtual, expert-led workshops that empower parents to support their child’s as well as their own health and wellbeing. We also help managers support parents while also effectively manage workload during parental leaves.

We work with only a handful of trained and highly experienced experts and as a mission driven nonprofit organization, we distribute a major portion of the workshop fees to our experts and partner organizations.
